We are passionate about community living and believe that through structure and good management, community living can be harmonious. 

We will work with the Scheme Executives, the Managing Agent and the Service Providers to ensure that the estate is well maintained and everyone's investment is enhanced.  

An Estate Manager or Professional Caretaker is essential in today's busy environment. Scheme Executives as volunteers have limited time to dedicate to the estate and find it difficult to attend to day-to-day tasks, including meeting contractors for quotes, supervising service providers and purchasing essential items. JEF Management fills this role and allows the Scheme Executives to enjoy the estate and not worry about the daily operations. 

We focus on the Northern suburbs of Johannesburg specifically Sandton, Rivonia, Hyde Park, Morningside, Bryanston, Fourways, Riverclub and Parkmore. By focussing on these locations we can provide a more hands on and in contact service to you.
